This is an orginal AMT Road Boss restored from junk. It is painted and lettered for Day & Ross out of Hartland, New Brunswick. The bunk was salvaged from a GMC General, and the front axle is from a DM-600 Mack. The mirrors and door handles are from a COE Pete kit.

Hey all, I've build working on a few offroad projects for trucks, rockcrawlers, Jeeps, etc, and I need some front/rear axles and transfer cases. I know someone was offering resin casts at some point.. Any ideas? I appreciate any and all help. My models, projects on Flickr: http://www.flickr.com/photos...

This old AMT Trophy Series kit is built boxstock panelwise, with just a small drop on the front suspension to give a nice stance. The paint is Fiat Taxi Yellow from a spray can. Under the hood, there's a Hemi from the kit with a blower and two pull-through carbs on top.

"My brother has a 1:1 1941 Chevy truck, so I built this kit."
